Gaze of Death

Damage dealt increases by (15, 20, 25, 30)%. At the end of the action select a target. If the target is an enemy, apply [Omen of Death]: when taking fatal damage, all allies are prevented from using active skills for 1 turn. If the target is an ally, apply [Lifeline]: when taking fatal damage, the cooldown of all ally skills is reduced by 1. Both effects last 3 turns and cannot be resisted or dispelled. (Cooldown: can be activated again after 3 turns). When an enemy with [Omen of Death] or an ally with [Lifeline] takes fatal damage, the talent's cooldown resets and the unit gains 1 stack of [Soul Intersection]: Mobility +1 and all stats (except HP) increase by (5, 6, 7, 8)%; stacks up to 3 times. Cannot be resisted or dispelled. (If a target with the effect triggers an 'Fatal damage block' effect when taking fatal damage all the aforementioned effects still trigger).
