Winds of Tranquility

INT increases by (10, 13, 16, 20)%. When using an AoE skill, if unit is not affected by [Wind Breath] gains 1 stack of [Wind Breath] for a duration equal to the skill's cooldown. When this effect has 1 turn remaining, at the end of the action the memorized skill is automatically cast from the unit's current position (for linear skills the direction is the same as the last cast). Damage is reduced by 50% but additionally removes 1 buff from affected enemies and applies a 'Healing Received -50%' effect to them (can stack up to 2 times), lasting 2 turns. When death, the skill's autocast effect is also used. Cannot be immuned or removed. If an AoE skill does not deal damage when used the skill does not go on cooldown (does not affect skills with a radius of 1). For each stack of [Wind Breath] the unit's mobility is increased by +(1, 1, 2, 2) (maximum +(2, 2, 4, 4)). With 2 or more stacks all passable terrain is considered plains.
